iQoach is an iPad app that allows the sales manager to view, capture and store behavioral data of the sales rep based on your own Selling Skill methodology during a joint field call. iQoach stores the collected data from a field call safely and securely on our iQoach platform and loads these onto the iPad for each follow-up field day. Immediately, you and your sales rep see the personal progression over time in graphs. That way, keeping focus on coaching-objectives-that-really-matter becomes easy. And the best part: each Sales Rep has a personal dossier, showing the growth of individual skills and competences over time.

We will build iQoach specifically for you. If you have your own Selling Skill method we just use that. Dont worry if you dont have one. Our Expert Partners can help you design and implement a method that fits to your needs. They will even help you implementing coaching as a discipline.
Subscription
iQoach is being implemented on a subscription basis. You pay a fixed fee per year for each employee to be coached and evaluated by the iPad app. You will get access to the dedicated iQoach module within our iQoach portal, where you manage your participating employees records.
Implementation
In addition to the annual subscription fees, you pay a one-time entry fee for the customization and implementation project. This project includes adjusting the content of iQoach to your specific selling skills model, full installation and testing of the app on your iPads, entry and activation of your sales staff in the portal and professional training of the end-users in your sales team (including optimal iPad usage). Additional training on coaching skills and the use of a selling skills model is also possible.
